LOG: Using machine configuration file from c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\config\machine.config. So it seems .net is looking for the assemblies in the root/bin directory. If you deploy to subdirectory, you have to take care of this issue. Amazingly this seems to be a common problem.
