I will post my system specs following a detailing of the issues. I had some audio that over ran at the end of my timeline. Assuming you're not trying to re-encode a faulty video file, then the problem here lies mainly with both Windows and the MainConcept MPEG Encoder. Once you identify where the export is failing, examine the files there.
