I'd almost bet that some different program is used in Win7 and that this might just be left over from whatever (XP or Vista) you had before. I was running Vista. I have scanned my hard drive by norton 2005,avg,spyware doctor,adware se pro,xoftspy,registry mechanic 5,trojan remover,panda antivirus but nothing helped me out. simplifying the system even further i unplug everything and open her up and remove everything but ram and a video card.
