They have their virus scanner turned off and have updated their Windows Scripting Host. I suspect the VBScript may be disabled or damaged on that machine. However, every now and then I come across a machine that throws a 1603 (Fatal Error) when it comes across these custom actions. Failed to marshal script action.2.
