After reading your comments I've made a one line script what's running on shutdown and clearing the /var/run/dbus folder's content. had problems at upgrade so probably a script did not work. Desktops report "Cannot open ConsoleKit Session unable to open session failed to connect to socket /var/run/dbus/system_bus_socket connection refused." Many things then broken.
How do I proceed now with the dbus message and the new problem?
