I tried the AVG thing, the FIREFOX thing, the Internet Explorer Encahnced Security thing, and the internet tools reset thing but NONE of them work! ANother said it came with automatic updates from Microsoft, that something is not compatible with anti-virus software. It's driving me crazy to be quite honest. Is there any other way, or can someone tell me what's wrong? I close the error box and usually on the 2nd try I can open, but very annoying.

I know for sure that I am an administrator as only user on the computer. That said, this solution TOTALLY WORKED. First, I tried playing with the security settings, and change accessibility from advanced settings, and even tried the unblocked security from file property as someone suggested.
